Even back in the early days of the original Shack, Mary saw the value of supporting the community. As the Shack grew in popularity, Mary’s contributions also grew, in ways both big and small. Her commitment to the community, especially local kids, was passed down to her children and grandchildren, and continues to this day. Honoring Mary’s wishes, we place a special emphasis on children, youth sports and education; but our efforts are as diverse as the communities where we live and work.
